Orvo Helander's Big Band

Orvo Helander was one of the 3 founding members of the Second Time Around Band in Florida back in 1980.  He and 18 other retired musicians demonstrated their love of the Big Band music and arrangements by appearing in hundreds of free concerts all over south Florida for nearly 20 years.  The band closed up shop in 1997, but now you can hear them again, thanks to this great compilation of some of their finest numbers.  They never sounded better!
